Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is demanding on the body & nervous system and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding in the recovery process of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function and helping take stress off the nervous system.

30 Minute Treatment(Area Specific)

30 minutes: $90
ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

Strength/Conditioning Program(Remote/On Line App Based)

12 Weeks : $1500

The Program is a RESULTS GUARANTEED training program with a sharp focus on coaching and accountability. Successful applicants will undergo an initial screening and onboarding process that includes goal setting, movement competency evaluation, medical history, and much more. No stone is left unturned so that we can tailor each individual program to be as successful as possible.  

I use a 3-pronged approach to obtaining YOUR results: 

  • Identifying the factors that have been holding you back.

  • Regular and consistent tracking, feedback, and coaching check-ins.

  • Tailoring program variables on a weekly basis based on how you’re responding.

The foundation of the Program is ACCOUNTABILITY. As your Coach, it’s my job to hold you accountable to the Path that you’ve chosen. Motivation is of course a big part of the process, but if often wanes before new behaviors have taken hold. You need some “skin in the game” to make it stick, that’s where I come in…by hiring me you’ve invested money, time and effort into something, it’s no longer an empty promise you’ve made with yourself that can be rescinded with no consequences. It’s now time to DELIVER, and I’ll be there every step of the way to call you out and lend the support needed to keep you on the Path.

I use the Truecoach app which allows clients to view workouts daily with video instruction/description also track metrics(weight, sleep, nutrition) which helps with your goals.  My Fitness Pal is another app used for nutrition tracking. These apps are user friendly and part of the success and ease of this program.
